Ged & Vicky Tyrrell are Christians and founded the Ltd Company in 1998. Through the years there have been
times when well-meaning people have advised them "not to mix religion and business". However, the Tyrrells
feel that the workplace is an expression of their faith as much as anything done in a church on a Sunday.
The bible's teachings structure the way in which the Tyrrells run the Company; they attempt to apply biblical
morals and principles to dealings with employees, communications and customers.
