  • Drivers: Software modules that integrate third-party systems with platforms such as Tridium or North ObSys. These drivers can be downloaded and licensed based on user requirements, with a range of over 250 drivers available.
  • Appliances: Custom-built products developed using the Niagara Framework, often utilizing JACE hardware. These appliances are designed to simplify specific applications like chiller control, lighting control, or automation. They are integrated with driver and framework setup to automate tasks, improving usability for engineers. Several examples are given, including the Advanced System Interface for monitoring, and other products for HVAC and door entry systems.
