Maintanence and Support
We want to provide our customers with good quality maintenance. Regular maintenance and site attendance ensures that the user is always kept up to date with all the advances in integration technology which can make their facilities management easier and more effective. Maintenance is about meeting with the users and listening to their operational frustrations, allowing us to help them and learn more along the way. We are always learning, and we want to keep learning so that our customers benefit from our hindsight. We want to offer maintenance and support contracts to ensure that their site continues to function correctly.
We keep a large stock of spares and can offer our customers specific cover for their sites. Support contracts of different levels are available, from 24hr cover – 6hr site response, modem support, all-inclusive or support-only contracts. We believe in offering a high standard of maintenance service which aims to not only satisfy existing customers but to attract new ones. The Tyrrell Systems offices at Leigh have a dedicated training facility. We offer training on a wide range of products and services, from comprehensive Communicator training courses to basic graphical engineering courses. Alternatively we are happy to arrange training at your convenience on site.
